CROSS- ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: March 28th, 2025 at 4 PM
Eligibility Requirements:
- Enrolled as a matriculated student at your home campus for at least one term.
- Currently enrolled in at least six units at your home campus.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Have paid tuition and fees at your home campus for the current term.
- Meet California residency requirements.
- Have completed the necessary academic preparation for the course.
What is Cross-Enrollment?
Cross-Enrollment allows eligible undergraduate students from California Community Colleges to take a single course at a University of California campus for one term. This is a space-available program, subject to the host campus’s approval.
How to Register/Enroll:
- Schedule a counseling appointment with Jocelyn using the calendar above or this link.
- Print the cross-enrollment application and complete sections 1 and 2.
- Have your home campus registrar or admissions office sign and seal section 3.
- Scan and email the completed form to Jocelyn.
- Complete the online application when it becomes available.

- PS 5/BS 14 – Introduction to Elementary School Teaching
- Spring 25 Class Duration: March 31 – June 13
- Option 1: Tues & Thurs / 3:30PM – 4:50PM / in-person
- Option 2: Thurs / 5PM – 7:50 PM / online
- Spring 25 Class Duration: March 31 – June 13
- PS 105/BS 101 – Introduction to Middle School Teaching
(Pre-req: PS 5/BS 14) - Math 13 – Introduction to Abstract Mathematics
(Pre-req: Calculus II) - Chem 193 – Research Methods (Pre-req: PS 5/BS 14)

The CalTeach Program’s Transfer Pathways are documents created by CalTeach advisors to help transfer students complete all necessary requirements and recommend courses BEFORE transferring to UCI CalTeach. This ensures a successful and smooth transition to the program. Please see below for more information.
